OSCIETRA CAVIAR
Obtained from the Russian sturgeon (lat. Acipenser gueldenstaedtii). The pearl among pearls - appreciated by the most famous chefs and gourmets all over the world. Large roe pearls (with a diameter of 2.7 to 3.5 mm) have an appealing, saturated taste with a mild nutty note. The roe comes in different shades of gray, brown, olive green or even gold.
SIBERIAN CAVIAR
Obtained from the Siberian sturgeon (lat. Acipenser baerii). Its roe pearls with a diameter of 2.4 to 3.2 mm are characterized by an intense aroma that enchants the most demanding palates. This caviar is available in black and shades of brown.
