WATER AS THE ORIGIN OF ALL LIFE

Deep in the Atlantic Ocean, sea bass find the best breeding and rearing conditions. The animals are reared here in clean, cold water with strong currents and are constantly on the move due to the constant waves. This gives them their unique consistency. The almost four-year growth process meets the highest requirements.

POSSIBILITIES

Steamed, baked, grilled, marinated, ceviche or sashimi: there are many different ways to prepare it. The farmed sea bass is particularly impressive due to its considerable size, firm consistency and intense flavor. What's more, it is 100% free from anisakis!
