FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE TASTE

Sustainability and environmental protection are of central importance to Theo and his team. They are actively committed to protecting the environment and prefer to source their raw materials from organic cultivation. The vinegars are made exclusively from fresh fruit and herbs, directly from winegrowers and farmers in the southern German region. The company's own bacterial cultivation and gentle ageing in wooden barrels without heating or filtration ensure an unmistakable taste. No technical additives or sulphur dioxide are used. The entire production process conserves resources and is environmentally friendly in order to contribute to the preservation of our natural environment.
