BÜFFEL BILL
The story begins in 2016 when the two founders of the company learned that only female water buffalo are of value for the production of buffalo mozzarella. Manuel and Martin decided to make buffalo meat known and sought after in Germany to make rearing the males worthwhile too. Since then, they have increased the demand for their high-quality buffalo meat year after year.
IDEAL CONDITIONS IN GERMANY AND ITALY
In addition to selected partners from Germany, it is primarily breeders from the Italian Amalfi Coast who guarantee excellent rearing of the water buffalo. Year-round fresh grass and fresh herbs provide the ideal nutrition to produce tender meat with its incredible taste.
