Regionality is in our DNA, but exclusive is becoming increasingly important. "Exclusive" is a misleading word because it often implies that a product is expensive or very special. For us, however, "exclusive" means that we are the first to have a sought-after product in our selection. And that is very important to us, but especially to our customers. We collect information both internally and through regular exchanges with our customers to derive trends for the future and find out what the market is looking for.

To understand something, you have to be very close to it. For us as a food retailer, this means getting closer to the source of the products. We believe in a new awareness of food. Knowledge of the origin plays a central role here. For us, proximity is much more than kilometers on a map: we look for something special everywhere and personally check the production and quality of the products on site.
