We work exclusively with partners who share our values and value good produce as much as we do. We know all producers personally and know how regional food is produced. We regularly visit them on-site to see it for ourselves. Furthermore, we constantly develop new sustainable concepts in discussions with farmers, livestock farmers, and fishermen.

SUSTAINABILITY

We demonstrate sustainability throughout our production and logistics, which is ISO and EMAS-certified. Resource-conserving agriculture and species-appropriate animal husbandry are particularly important to us. We are committed to preserving regional species and pay attention to the sensible rearing, slaughtering, and butchering of animals. We maintain a respectful and humane relationship with our employees, partners, and, of course, our customers.
