TASTE NEEDS SPACE
The free-range chickens are slow-growing French breeds, which are collected directly from France as day-old chicks. After being reared as chicks, they move directly into mobile stables after approx. 5 weeks, which offers sufficient water and GMO-free feed mixtures from our cultivation. Opening the mobile pens in the morning on fresh meadows every day ensures maximum freedom so that they can develop splendidly until they are ready for slaughter after around 90 days. The slow growth under optimal conditions ensures that the meat is firm to the bite, beautifully marbled, juicy, and unmistakably tasty.
