Passion and experience in selecting the best beef in Ireland, combined with generations of expertise, has taught our producers to create the perfect cut of beef with outstanding flavor that is rich and distinctive. This skill and method has earned the company a reputation for creating the prevailing standard for Dry Aged Beef. Only family-owned farms are eligible to work with our producer. Their farmers only have small herds and know their individual animals, their habits, appetite and health. Each animal is fully traceable.
UNMISTAKABLE TASTE
Ireland has one of the longest grazing seasons in the Northern Hemisphere. A temperate climate where grass, clover and natural herbs thrive. Winters are mild and summers are wet enough to promote fertility. All in all, perfect conditions that allow the free-range cattle to graze outdoors for most of their lives. This gives the beef its distinctive taste and incomparable tenderness.
