IRISH NATURE - BEEF

Ireland's leading beef exporter is our premium partner for high-quality beef. Since the end of the 1980s, Hereford and Angus cattle in particular have been bred on the Emerald Isle, where they can grow up in excellent climatic conditions.

RICH IN CONTENT

Because they are grass-fed, their meat contains less saturated fat and is rich in vitamins E and B, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. For this reason alone, the meat from our producer is ultra-tender and has an excellent taste.

PATENTED ULTRA TENDER PROCESS

A specially developed process for hanging the carcasses has been scientifically proven to significantly increase the tenderness and eating quality of our supplier's beef. The natural breakdown of muscle fibers is increased before deboning and the carcass can mature in peace. It is gently chilled to prevent cold cooking fat and also to ensure that the beef produced is beautifully tender. The vacuum-packed meat is then carefully matured in temperature-controlled coolers for 28 days before being delivered.
