Their motto is to avoid as many chemicals and other additives as possible. No flavor enhancers, no additives, no aromas. No natural, no nature-identical, no artificial. None at all. Quality can also be produced without "lazy tricks". Their customers enjoy this quality with every dessert.

DELICACIES FOR DISCERNING GASTRONOMY 

Founded by two brothers in 1998 in Kleinheubach, the patisserie has around 80 employees and a production area of 7,000 square meters, making delicacies for all types of sophisticated catering from 50 to 5,000 guests: for top hotels, event organizers, Michelin-starred cuisine, caterers, cruises, dinner shows, first class airlines, VIP boxes, sophisticated company catering, restaurants and bars.
