For the best Black Angus beef, we rely on our producer, the Greater Omaha Packers Company (GOP) from the USA. The company has stood for the highest quality for more than a hundred years. Our Aberdeen Angus and Hereford beef comes from family farms in the Corn Belt.
NOT ONLY FROM AIR AND LOVE
On the endless pastures of Nebraska and South Dakota, the cattle herds live free-range and are then moved to free-range enclosures where they are fed corn mash for up to 200 days. Grain is only added to their feed after two years.
CORN BELT – A SIGN OF QUALITY
Our producer's Black Angus cattle drink pure spring water and feed on grass from the large pastures on which they grow up. Free-range farming and the special grain mix from this region give the meat its particularly beautiful marbling and fine, incomparable taste.
