360°LOAF - THE ORIGINAL
In terms of flavor, the 360° loaf is probably the true taste explosion of the entire range. The long production process of more than 48 hours gives the flavors time to develop through fermentation and unfold their full splendor. This long fermentation also allows the natural enzymes present in the dough to break down the starch in the flour and enhance the flavors.
