This 30-year-old family business from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is an EU-certified cutting plant and specializes in locally hunted roe deer, red deer, fallow deer and wild boar. The game meat comes only from wild game from northern German forests. Free-range game does not undergo the stress of slaughter and transportation, which is why the meat is not contaminated with stress hormones and thus retains the important substances for controlled meat maturation. This gives the meat maximum tenderness and full flavor.

PURE NATURAL PRODUCT
The game spends its entire life in the wild, moving around in its natural habitat. Thanks to this completely natural and untouched way of life, the meat contains 20% less fat than farmed animals and is free from drug residues or growth hormones. Spindler's venison is a purely natural product that is always freshly processed on the farm. The refinement of game meat into sought-after sausage products is also part of our producer's range.

As a quality company with the highest standards, our producer has optimized its entire process chain. Each animal is given its own game tag with a corresponding accompanying document for possible traceability when it is delivered by hunters/forestry offices based exclusively in the region. Well-trained employees then take care of the species-appropriate cutting, ready-to-cook processing and refrigeration.
