The quality of the salmon, the texture of the meat, the marbling and the color play a decisive role in the selection. MOWI has the highest standards here and makes no compromises. Not even when it comes to fresh processing. The salmon is cut into perfect pieces with the utmost care by their experienced filleting experts. The smoked salmon is then refined by hand with sea salt and gently smoked over exquisite beech wood. Every piece of salmon processed at the MOWI Manufaktur is a true masterpiece. And the salmon is never frozen, you can be sure of that.
