Jonas Zörner and his team create dishes such as golden trout with lettuce and calf's head or nashi pear with sunflower and verbena with perfect craftsmanship. The menu is adapted seasonally. There is a choice of a 7-course menu with meat and fish or a vegetarian 7-course menu. There is something to go with each course in a glass. Bar manager José Kolbe sets his accents with high-quality spirits and cocktail creations. Everything is extraordinary.
