ALTE SCHULE FÜRSTENHAGEN
Everything has its time. That's why there is no menu card: the Alte Schule spontaneously creates seasonal moments of pleasure with the freshest produce. Aromatic herbs grow in the garden outside the door. Original enjoyment, family hospitality and professional service are top priorities at the Alte Schule. Daniel Schmidthaler is a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs association. His exquisite, regional cuisine has been awarded a Michelin star.
RESTAURANT AND HOTEL
Together with his wife Nicole, Daniel Schmidthaler runs the Alte Schule hotel and restaurant in Fürstenhagen, idyllically situated in the middle of the Feldberg lake district. Daniel Schmidthaler and his kitchen team cook with fresh ingredients from the nearby forests, lakes, fields and meadows. Personal contacts are maintained with regional producers.
